How Torobari handles brand data, retention, public scans, and customer privacy.

Workspace-scoped data

Brand Profiles, Brand Gate results, API keys, webhooks, and audit records belong to the workspace that created them. Torobari does not mix customer brand data across workspaces.

Retention and redaction

Content submitted for checks can be redacted according to workspace retention settings. Scheduled redaction processes handle records when they are due for removal.

Public brand scan

The public website scan reads only publicly available pages. Scan previews are temporary until a customer creates a workspace and saves a Brand Profile.
